What you will do

  • Call, text and email investors on our buyer list
  • Write property listings with photos, numbers and repair notes
  • Schedule walkthroughs
  • Collect offers and confirm proof of funds
  • Keep each deal on schedule with the title company
  • Grow the buyer list

What we need from you

  • 1 or more years in phone sales, real estate or investor relations
  • Comfortable with purchase price, repair cost and rent numbers
  • You can track many properties and buyers at once
  • Clear spoken English, a quiet workspace and reliable internet

Nice to have

  • Real estate investing or disposition experience
  • Investor marketplaces such as InvestorLift
