("Homewise," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit tryhomewise.com (the "Site"), submit a form, request a cash offer on your property, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").   • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Homewise does not charge for messages, but your carrier may.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@tryhomewise.com.
  • Supported carriers: Major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our Services (such as our SMS platform or CRM provider) is permitted, but those parties are prohibited from using your mobile information for their own marketing. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can request a cash offer without opting in to SMS.

4. Phone Calls and Prerecorded Messages

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you also expressly consent to be contacted by Homewise at the number provided, including via automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and live calls, for purposes related to your inquiry.
