No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our Services (such as our SMS platform or CRM provider) is permitted, but those parties are prohibited from using your mobile information for their own marketing. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can request a cash offer without opting in to SMS.
4. Phone Calls and Prerecorded Messages
