What you will do

  • Price each property from comps, repairs and buyer demand
  • Lead and coach the disposition reps
  • Grow the investor buyer network
  • Plan property marketing
  • Manage each deal from contract to closing
  • Report weekly on days to sell, profit per deal and fallen deals

What we need from you

  • 3 or more years in real estate investing, disposition or investment property sales
  • Experience leading a sales or disposition team
  • Strong deal math: ARV, repair costs and investor returns
  • Clear spoken English, a quiet workspace and reliable internet

Nice to have

  • Investor relationships in several US markets
  • Investor marketplaces such as InvestorLift
