  • Write up every valuation in the CRM

What we need from you

  • 1 or more years valuing residential property
  • You can pick good comps and explain why
  • Comfortable with ARV, repair estimates and maximum offer
  • Clear written English, a quiet workspace and reliable internet

Nice to have

  • Repair estimating experience
  • Wholesaling, flipping or rental property experience
